30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SmoothBody™ products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@smoothbody.co.uk with your order number
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail collection point

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used razors or opened soap products. Replacement blades are non-returnable once opened.
