At SmoothBody, we believe great skincare deserves great care in delivery. All UK orders ship completely free — no minimum spend required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Razors, Blades & Accessories

Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days after dispatch.
These items are quality-checked and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Botanical Skincare (Scrubs, Serums & Soaps)

Estimated delivery: 8–13 business days after dispatch.
Our botanical skincare range is formulated in small batches using natural, plant-derived ingredients. Each product undergoes a brief curing and quality-assurance period before shipping to ensure maximum potency and freshness. This artisanal approach means slightly longer fulfilment — but the results speak for themselves.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages
