Return & Refund Policy

At SmoothBody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@smoothbody.store. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@smoothbody.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on razor blades that have been opened or used.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
